Proven methods - tailored to kids, adolescents & teens.

It is important for children and teens to have a tailored nutritional approach that is designed to meet their unique needs across different growth and developmental stages.

The majority of available nutrition information is designed for the general population, not designed to meet the unique needs of growing babies, children and teens. There is a lack of evidence-based and reliable nutrition support that is tailored for kids and teens - we are on a mission to fill this gap.

As experts in pediatric nutrition, with a focus on digestive health, we provide individualized nutrition support and education adapted to suit the needs of infants, children and teens.

Are you an adult also looking for nutrition support? Don’t worry - we didn’t forget about you! We provide services for the whole family and our dietitian Sarah works with the adult population, with a special focus on pregnancy.

Find symptom relief & develop a positive relationship with food.

As Registered Dietitians, we have come to learn that food is so much more than a combination of nutrients that promote health. Food is love, food is family, food is tradition, food is personal, food is culture and so much more.

Children are developing and shaping the lens that they will use to view food for the rest of their lives. Digestive symptoms can have a significant impact on a child’s food experience and many children can develop fears of certain foods they previously loved and are at increased risk of developing a negative relationship with food.

The development of a life-long positive relationship is a priority for all of the kids and teens we work with. Our approach incorporates intuitive eating principles, reduces dietary restrictions and fosters a life-long positive relationship with food.
