Happy Bellies Signature Program - 1:1 Nutrition Support

Individual dietitian assessment and dietitian support throughout your journey towards achieving your nutrition goals. Our signature package includes:

  • 1 comprehensive initial nutrition assessment (~1 hour)

  • 3 extended virtual follow-up counselling sessions (~45 minutes/session)

  • E-mail support between sessions

  • Tailored recipes

  • & more!

Recommended for those looking for support with:

  • Pediatric Nutrition

  • Adult nutrition (all except fertility and pregnancy)

  • Digestive health & gastrointestinal concerns (ex. IBS)

  • Therapeutic and specialized diet support

  • Intuitive eating & fostering a positive relationship with food

Offered by all 3 of our Registered Dietitians - Melanie, Sarah & Julia.

Our signature program is available for infants, children, teenagers and adults in Ontario and most Canadian provinces.

Pre & Post Natal Nutrition Support Program with Sarah

Pregnancy is a special time, but it can also be overwhelming for expecting parents dealing with the learning curve and information overload.

Our perinatal dietitian Sarah is here to offer you support every step of the way and ensure that you and your little one(s) are as healthy and nourished as possible.

Our pre & postnatal program includes:

  • 1 comprehensive initial nutrition assessment (~1 hour)

  • 4 extended follow-up counselling sessions (ex.1 follow-up per trimester & 1 postpartum follow-up OR 2 prenatal follow-up & 2 postpartum follow-up)

  • Email correspondence between appointments

  • Macro/micronutrient assessment and optimization strategies

  • Meal ideas

  • & more!

IBS Gentle - Group Program

Looking to make simple (but effective) lifestyle and dietary changes to manage IBS symptoms?

Our unique IBS gentle program is perfect for individuals looking to learn more about a gentle approach to the low FODMAP diet as well as other effective strategies that are less restrictive and support a positive relationship with food.

Led by our pediatric Registered Dietitian, Julia.
